AB6 Robotics Begins Hiring for AI Roles

An early-stage deep tech startup offers hands-on roles for professionals looking to build a career in the fast-growing AI and robotics space.

AB6 Robotics, an early-stage startup founded by faculty and alumni of IIT Gandhinagar is assembling its founding team as it enters the next phase of growth. AB6 develops robotics education products that integrate hardware, software, AI, content, and pedagogy into hands-on learning platforms.

The company has already partnered with colleges introducing robotics programs and supports their hands-on pedagogy through AB6 hardware and software.

Founding Team Roles Open

AB6 is building a small founding team of up to five members who will work closely with the founders to shape the company’s direction .

The open domains include Robotics Engineering, Software/Platform (+AI) Development, Business Development, UI/UX & Learning Technology and Operations & Founder’s Office. These roles offer founder-level exposure and responsibility within clearly owned areas. Team members get to take ownership of real problems, make important decisions, and learn through action .

Indicative qualifications include:

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant domains such as CS, ECE, Mechanical Engineering, or Design
Around 2 years of experience building or deploying real-world projects
Comfort with ambiguity and strong ownership mindset

Startup experience, mentoring experience, or participation in robotics competitions is a bonus .

Internship Opportunities

Internships are central to how AB6 grows its team.

The firm is open to internship applicants with any background. Full-time in-person availability over a significant time frame (four to six months) is a non-negotiable requirement.
