SharonAI Holdings has signed a five-year, USD 1.25 billion AI cloud infrastructure agreement with ESDS Software Solutions Ltd. The deal involves deploying ~8,200 NVIDIA B300 GPUs across a NEXTDC data centre in Australia, with revenue expected to begin in Q3 2026. Shares surged nearly 30% on the news.<\/em><\/strong>

SharonAI Holdings Inc., a leading Australian Neocloud operator, has announced a landmark expansion of its AI Cloud services business, a five-year agreement worth USD 1.25 billion in total contract value (TCV) with ESDS Software Solutions Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deal, one of the largest commercial contracts in the company’s history, sent shares surging by nearly 30% on Wednesday, April 2, 2026, reflecting strong investor confidence in the AI infrastructure sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ESDS Software Solutions is required to provide USD 140 million in letters of credit or bank guarantees, and also holds an option to extend the contract for a further two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It does not build its own data centres; instead, it installs and operates equipment within existing infrastructure. The company has secured up to 54 megawatts of capacity across multiple NEXTDC facilities in Melbourne and Sydney.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shares in SharonAI Holdings surged almost 24% on Wednesday after the Australian neocloud operator signed the USD 1.25 billion cloud infrastructure deal worth multiples of its entire market capitalisation at the time of announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company noted this contract is part of a strong customer pipeline it has been building over time, signalling continued momentum in AI infrastructure demand.
