Jaipur-based Smart Garage secures Rs 2.4 Cr in pre-Series A funding to expand its AI-driven auto-service platform across India’s automotive aftermarket.<\/em><\/strong>

Jaipur-based auto-tech startup Smart Garage has successfully raised Rs 2.4 crore in a Pre-Series A funding round. The development, announced in April 2026, marks the beginning of a larger Rs 15 crore fundraising plan that the company intends to complete over the next 12 to 18 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of its broader capital strategy, Smart Garage plans to raise the remaining Rs 12.6 crore to fuel expansion and reach a revenue run rate of Rs 80 crore by the end of FY27.However, the company has not yet disclosed the identities of the investors who participated in this round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded by Pawan Singh Raghuvanshi, Smart Garage operates a B2B2C platform that connects workshops, fleet operators, insurance companies, and vehicle owners through a unified, technology-enabled ecosystem that streamlines service delivery and enhances operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to its networking capabilities, the platform uses AI and SaaS tools for services like vehicle diagnostics, damage checks, predictive maintenance, and automating garage operations. Consequently, it addresses long-standing inefficiencies in India’s highly fragmented automotive aftermarket sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the company, the newly raised funds will be deployed across several strategic areas. A key focus will be the enhancement of its artificial intelligence capabilities, which form the backbone of its digital service platform. The startup also plans to use the capital to grow its partner network and deepen integrations with original equipment manufacturers, insurance companies, and fleet operators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, the capital will support structured onboarding and training initiatives, as well as improvements to digital workflows for partner garages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, Smart Garage has developed a network of over 500 partner garages across Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities, and it aims to scale this to more than 10,000 workshops by 2030. The platform currently operates on a hybrid revenue model, combining franchise operations and spare parts supply.
