The company said access is currently restricted to credentialed coaches and certified professionals within its network.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The move comes as corporate boards escalate pressure on chief human resources officers to demonstrate that managers, not algorithms alone, bear accountability for consequential workforce decisions. For those three items covering the speed of AI approval, escalation habits, and uncritical acceptance of AI-generated people assessments, a lower frequency of the behavior yields a higher score.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The assessment is delivered through a structured, certified coaching session and produces six outputs: a composite score, a board-presentable leadership card, a gap register with behavioral development actions, a 90-day improvement roadmap, an ICF-aligned coaching plan, and a certification pathway recommendation, per the company announcement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agile PeopleOps co-founder Naveen Ks said in the release that boards are asking CHROs a single-pointed question: whether leaders govern AI decisions in practice, daily, without oversight, and that existing tools have not answered it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The instrument is benchmarked against the company&#8217;s global cross-sector average, drawn from its own assessment pool. No third-party validation data was disclosed in Saturday&#8217;s announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The assessment is built around the OECD AI Principles, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and the G7 Hiroshima AI Process, the company said.
