Xccelera, a four-month-old AI startup, has raised INR 1.2 crore from prominent founders to build autonomous AI agents that replace traditional enterprise IT service layers, and it’s already clocking a $250K ARR run rate.
Early-stage AI startup Xccelera has closed a INR 1.2 crore funding round backed by a set of well-known founders, Ramakant Sharma of Livspace, Asad Khan of TestMu AI, and Amiya Pathak of Zipdial. The investment marks an early but notable vote of confidence in the startup’s vision of replacing traditional IT service layers with autonomous AI agents.
Founded by serial entrepreneur Rohit Singh, who brings nearly two decades of experience in technology ventures, Xccelera is building what it calls a services-as-software platform, a framework where AI agents, not human teams, handle complex enterprise workflows from start to finish.
The company’s core product is a Multi-Agent Orchestration System designed to help businesses move past fragmented AI pilots and into full-scale, production-ready automation. Built around reusable AI agents that can validate each other’s outputs, the platform targets a recurring pain point in enterprise AI adoption: companies pour money into AI tools but rarely see meaningful returns because those tools don’t talk to each other or run autonomously.
Despite being barely four months old, Xccelera claims to have hit an ARR run rate of $250,000, with AI agents already deployed for enterprise clients in the US and UK. The startup has also struck a strategic partnership with TestMu AI to bring its technology to Fortune 500 customers.
The fresh capital will go toward expanding the engineering team, deepening the company’s multi-agent stack, and scaling its global go-to-market push.
Singh framed the company’s ambition simply: enterprises have long depended on large human-led teams to bridge gaps between software systems and real business outcomes. Xccelera’s bet is that intelligent AI agents are now ready to close that gap on their own, reasoning, validating, and executing workflows without constant human intervention.
The market Xccelera is targeting, enterprise AI and agentic transformation, is estimated at $300 billion, and the race to capture it is just getting started.
