Bain & Company on Thursday announced an expansion of its global management consulting partnership with Palantir Technologies, deepening a collaboration launched in May 2025 as demand from enterprise clients for joint AI services continues to grow.

The expanded partnership is designed to give a larger base of corporate clients access to Palantir’s enterprise AI platforms AIP and Foundry combined with the strategic and operational capabilities of Bain’s consulting practice. Palantir’s AIP and Foundry systems are currently deployed in real-time AI-driven operations across leading multinational companies and other commercial institutions.

Under the agreement, Bain will embed Palantir’s software and Forward-Deployed Engineers alongside its own consultants to manage the full delivery cycle of AI programs from strategic planning through to operational execution.

The partnership is rooted in the principle that AI adoption requires business transformation, not just technology deployment, and that joint results with private-sector clients have been consistently strong.

Bain’s AI, Insights, and Solutions practice comprises more than 1,500 professionals across AI, data analytics, architecture, and engineering. The group works across machine-learning implementation, technology architecture, organizational development, and analytics strategy, operating in close coordination with Bain’s industry and capability teams.

Bain and Palantir first formalized their global partnership in May 2025. Thursday’s announcement extends the scope and scale of that arrangement in response to rising client interest in operationalizing AI at the enterprise level.
