The recognition validates IvyChat’s traction in regulated industries and signals FPT Corporation’s push to embed agentic workflows at scale across enterprise operations.
FPT Corporation won the Agentic AI category at the 2026 Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards on March 25 for IvyChat, its enterprise AI platform targeting banking, financial services, and insurance sectors. The Business Intelligence Group, which has administered the program since 2013, evaluated entrants from 36 industries across more than 15 countries.
IvyChat combines knowledge-grounded large language models, agentic workflow automation, omnichannel delivery, and enterprise systems integration. FPT said the platform supports both end-user interaction and backend workflow execution within governed operating environments, targeting organizations that face regulatory constraints on AI deployment.

The award adds to IvyChat’s run of third-party validations over the past 12 months. The platform was named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape for AI-Enabled Front Office Conversational AI Software in Asia/Pacific. It previously received a Silver Globee at the 2025 Globee Awards for Technology in the AI Software category and a Gold Stevie Award at the 2024 International Business Awards in the AI/ML Solution Financial category. FPT did not disclose specific client counts or revenue figures tied to IvyChat in the announcement.
The next phase of adoption, enabling organizations to move beyond isolated AI applications and embed intelligence more directly into workflows, decision-making, and execution.
Dao Duy Cuong, FPT Software Executive VP and Chief Digital and Technology Officer, FPT Corporation.
FPT Corporation, listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange under the ticker FPT, reported total revenue of $2.66 billion in 2025 across its technology, telecommunications, and education businesses. It is unclear whether IvyChat is sold as a standalone product or bundled within broader IT services contracts.
The move comes as enterprise software buyers in banking and insurance face growing pressure to operationalize AI beyond pilot deployments. Vendors targeting those sectors have accelerated certification and compliance positioning in the past year. FPT’s focus on governed environments positions IvyChat against a field that includes both global platform providers and regional specialists competing for the same regulated-industry contracts.
