India’s payments giant, PhonePe, is looking for someone who can build AI video from scratch and make its entire marketing team AI-native here’s what the role demands.

PhonePe, India’s leading digital payments platform, is hiring an AI Creative Lead based in Bengaluru to anchor its shift toward an AI-first marketing operation.

The role sits at the intersection of high-end video production and team-wide AI enablement. The hire will be responsible for end-to-end creation of video assets using tools such as Runway, Higgsfield, Kling and LTX-2, along with training custom LoRA models to maintain visual consistency across campaigns. On the workflow side, the position requires building automated marketing pipelines using platforms such as N8N, Zapier or Make, and deploying custom AI tools including GPTs and Claude Projects for the broader marketing team.

PhonePe is looking for candidates with three to five years of experience in marketing or creative roles with a demonstrated focus on AI, and a portfolio of professional-grade video content produced primarily with AI tools. Prior experience in fintech or high-growth tech companies is listed as an advantage. The company does not require a traditional creative background; it is specifically seeking candidates who have built side projects or independent brands and can operate with high ownership and comfort in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

The role reports into PhonePe’s marketing function and is office-based in Bengaluru.
