Ex-Ogilvy, JWT Leaders Launch Wibe Algo to Build AI-Led Growth Systems

Founded by industry veterans, Wibe Algo is introducing a growth architecture model that integrates strategy, technology, AI-led intelligence, and execution into a unified, revenue-focused system.

A group of senior leaders from advertising, strategy, and performance marketing has launched Wibe Algo, a company positioning itself around what it calls growth architecture, a systems-led approach to building and scaling business growth.

As digital ecosystems become increasingly fragmented, traditional campaign-led marketing is struggling to deliver predictable outcomes. Wibe Algo’s model focuses on integrating strategy, technology, intelligence, and execution into a single, unified system.

Founded by Rajasree Chatterjee, a brand and growth strategist with over two decades of experience across agencies working with brands such as ITC, Hershey’s, Dream11, Philips, Tata, and ICICI, and Saptak Banerjee, who brings over 12 years of experience in growth strategy and technology-led business building, the company aims to address what it sees as a structural gap in current growth models.

At the core of Wibe Algo’s approach is an AI-led intelligence layer designed to map how discovery and decision-making now occur across platforms. The system is intended to help businesses move beyond fragmented optimization toward coordinated, end-to-end growth design, with a focus on measurable outcomes.

The shift is from campaigns to systems. Growth today needs to be structured, measurable, and directly aligned to revenue. That requires integrating how strategy, technology, and execution work together.

Saptak Banerjee, Co-Founder and COO, added that the primary challenge for businesses is no longer access to tools, but the lack of integration across them. “Most organizations are optimising individual parts of the journey. The opportunity lies in designing systems that connect these parts and make growth more predictable,” he said.

The leadership team includes Manoj Motiani, former Creative Director at Ogilvy, Rajeev Sharma, former India P&L Head for JWT Digital, and Sanchit Deshmukh, who leads performance marketing and media. The team brings cross-functional experience across creative, strategy, and performance disciplines.

Wibe Algo has begun early work across sectors including health and wellness, fintech, cybersecurity, and emerging technology, supporting campaigns across India, the US, GCC, and Singapore. The company reports improvements in acquisition efficiency and conversion outcomes through system-led interventions, with select engagements delivering up to 10X gains in specific campaign metrics.

The company is positioning itself around integration and revenue accountability, at a time when businesses are re-evaluating how growth is designed and executed.

“The next phase of growth will not come from doing more,” Chatterjee said. “It will come from building better systems.”
