Deliverect has launched an AI-powered digital workforce that autonomously rewrites menus, protects digital revenue, and replaces costly manual tasks for restaurants worldwide.

Restaurant technology company Deliverect has officially launched Deliverect AI, a digital workforce of autonomous agents and smart assistants designed to help restaurants grow their digital revenue, protect online income, and eliminate labour-intensive manual processes all without human involvement.

The announcement, made on April 9, 2026, positions Deliverect as one of the first restaurant technology platforms to deploy commercially available autonomous AI agents at a global scale.

Up until now, Deliverect’s platform has focused on centralising digital order management. However, with this launch, the company is making a significant leap moving from passive infrastructure to what it calls active intelligence.

Rather than simply providing tools for human teams to act on, the new AI agents act entirely on their own. Specifically, they continuously rewrite digital menus to drive revenue, resolve technical issues in real time, and replace tasks that have historically cost tens of thousands of dollars and weeks of work.

As a result, restaurants can finally automate tasks that have traditionally required large teams and significant budgets.

These agents continuously analyse and rewrite digital menus to improve conversions and increase order value. Instead of waiting for a marketing team to act, the AI works around the clock to ensure menus are performing at their best across every channel.

Technical issues such as unsynced menus, broken integrations, or undetected outages can silently drain revenue from restaurant locations. To address this, the Support Agents monitor digital ordering operations in real time, detect anomalies, diagnose root causes, and automatically resolve issues before they affect margins.

Beyond fixing problems, the Smart Assistants allow enterprise brands to completely transform the visual presentation of their digital menus within minutes. For example, in response to live events like a World Cup semi-final, a Champions League final, or a regional festival, the assistant can generate themed background imagery, localised descriptions, and promotional content across hundreds of locations simultaneously and in any language.

Notably, the platform’s capabilities are already backed by real-world results. Prior to this public launch, a separate Deliverect AI agent autonomously designed, deployed, and optimised a marketing promotion for KFC with no human involvement at any stage. The result was a 118% increase in sales.

This pilot not only validated the technology but also demonstrated that fully autonomous AI-driven restaurant marketing is no longer theoretical it is already working in the field.Deliverect AI is available immediately to all existing clients in the United Kingdom. Furthermore, the rollout is set to extend to Australia, New Zealand, and North America in the coming weeks.

Founded in 2018 and valued at over €1 billion, Deliverect serves more than 95,000 restaurant locations across 78 countries. Its platform processes over 30 million API calls daily, has powered more than one billion orders, and maintains over 1,000 certified integrations worldwide.

We built Deliverect to give restaurants control of their digital operations. Today, we are giving them the intelligent engine to grow their digital revenue. These agents do not only assist human teams. They perform the work: optimising every menu, protecting every dollar of digital income, and executing in minutes what used to take weeks and cost thousands of dollars. Every operational task on our platform can now be handled by an agent, and we intend to build them all.
