Airship multi-agent platform now covers campaign setup, journey building, and accessibility audits without requiring developer resources.

Airship unveiled an expanded AI Agent Fleet at its Elevate’26 conference in Orlando on April 13, adding a Campaigns AI Agent and enhancements to two existing agents in the platform’s multi-agent system.

The Campaigns AI Agent automates the transition from campaign brief to execution via a conversational interface across app, SMS, push, email, and web channels. The company said the agent requires no developer time and is designed to compress what it described as month-long projects into same-day execution.

Our agentic AI is proving value for enterprises today. Our first-to-market, purpose-built agent fleet proactively optimizes for your goals, turning AI into a tangible engine for growth.
Brett Caine, Chief Executive Officer, Airship.

The fleet now comprises six agents. Two existing agents received updates: the Native Experience AI Agent, which builds app and web interfaces from text descriptions or image uploads without code, now supports composable layouts that adapt to device settings at runtime; and the Journeys AI Agent, used to build multi-channel customer journeys, now maintains session continuity across conversations.

Three agents were already in the fleet prior to this announcement. The Recommendations AI Agent analyzes real-time audience movement to surface next-best-action prompts tied to conversion goals. The Accessibility AI Agent audits digital experiences against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and the European Accessibility Act. The Brand Guidelines AI Agent checks AI-generated drafts against a company’s voice, tone, and visual identity standards.

With the addition of the Campaigns AI Agent, we’ve closed the gap between strategy and execution. This is enterprise-grade infrastructure that automates the heavy lifting of analysis and execution while maintaining an intentional human-in-the-loop model for brand safety and strategic oversight.

The announcement positions Airship against a growing field of enterprise AI workflow tools targeting marketing and product teams. It is unclear whether any of the six agents are available as standalone products or only as part of the full platform.

Airship, founded more than 15 years ago, claims credit for the first commercial push notification and the first mobile boarding pass. The company is headquartered in San Francisco and employs approximately 300 people, per its BusinessWire profile. Thousands of brands use the platform for cross-channel customer experience management, the company said.

Live demonstrations of the expanded fleet were running at Elevate’26 at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando through April 14.
