New Arcesium AI Platform Aims to Simplify Investment Operations

Arcesium has launched Arcesium Intelligence, an agentic AI platform embedded in its Opterra and Aquata systems, giving investment firms over 100 pre-built AI agents with full governance controls.

Arcesium, a global financial technology company, has launched Arcesium Intelligence an AI platform purpose-built for institutional investment firms. The platform is designed to help hedge funds, asset managers, private markets funds, and capital markets firms put agentic AI to work across their day-to-day operations.

Arcesium Intelligence is not a standalone tool. Instead, it is embedded directly within two of Arcesium’s existing platforms Opterra®, the company’s front-to-back investment operations platform, and Aquata®, its enterprise data management platform.

The platform is built to deploy agentic AI across investment operations and data management workflows. It covers the full investment lifecycle from operational and analytical tasks to broader data management functions.

One of the platform’s standout features at launch is its catalogue of more than 100 pre-configured agents. Each agent is built using domain-specific skills that carry Arcesium’s institutional operational context.

In addition to using these pre-built agents, firms can also create their own. Agent Studio, a self-service development environment within the platform, allows investment and data professionals to build custom agents and applications. Importantly, each agent is built on a bias to determinism which means error tolerance is kept near zero for high-stakes workflows.

Beyond speed and automation, Arcesium Intelligence addresses one of the biggest concerns institutional firms have about AI: oversight and accountability.
