ElevenLabs is hiring for an Impact Strategy and Operations role focused on scaling real-world deployments of its voice AI across healthcare, education and culture.
The position sits within the company’s Growth function and is remote, executable globally, with the option to work from offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo and Warsaw. The role centers on turning high-potential partnerships into live, scalable programs, owning the full lifecycle from sourcing and evaluation through deployment and long-term adoption. The hire will work across product, engineering, legal and go-to-market functions, partnering with nonprofits, educational institutions and healthcare systems.

ElevenLabs says it is looking for an operator with experience scaling partnerships, deployments or strategic programs at a technology company, strong cross-functional instincts, and a systems-thinking approach that makes programs repeatable. Bonus qualifications include experience with nonprofits, educational institutions or healthcare systems, and work in emerging markets or international environments.
