Tequipy, a Polish-British startup automating the full lifecycle of employee IT hardware, has closed a funding round of over €3 million. Smedvig Ventures led the raise, with participation from Manta Ray and existing backer Unfold.vc. The company plans to use the capital to extend its platform from hardware management into software and security operations.

The startup was co-founded by Tomek Stawarski, who previously served as Global Head of IT at Revolut, where he witnessed firsthand how device logistics broke down as the company scaled from roughly 100 employees in two offices to 5,000 people across 17 countries. That operational reality became the foundation for Tequipy.

The platform manages procurement, configuration, delivery, servicing, and retrieval of employee devices across more than 180 countries. Rather than routing shipments through a central warehouse, Tequipy works through a network of local partners who handle fulfilment within each country of employment, removing cross-border shipping and customs complexity from the client entirely. Devices can be deployed in as few as three days.

Tequipy currently serves more than 150 technology companies and recorded sevenfold growth over the past year. The next phase of the platform will cover employee accounts, software licenses, access management, and security, targeting the elimination of roughly 80 percent of manual operational work from global IT teams.
