Palo Alto-based artificial intelligence startup, Sprouts.ai, has raised $9 million in a Pre-Series A funding round. True Global Ventures (TGV) and Accel jointly led the investment. The company’s total funding now stands at $14 million.

The startup, founded in 2023, builds AI-native Revenue Agents for business-to-business enterprises. Furthermore, its platform is built on a proprietary go-to-market (GTM) data layer designed to help sales teams work smarter and faster.

Sprouts.ai replaces fragmented sales technology stacks with a single, intelligent layer. The platform helps enterprise revenue teams identify, enrich, engage, and convert the right customers all through AI-driven automation.

Moreover, the company’s Deep AI GTM Engine powers several advanced capabilities. These include complex query search, buyer committee mapping, product heatmaps, relationship networks, and autonomous AI workflows. Notably, all of this operates natively inside enterprise CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, as well as through leading large language models.

Consequently, Sprouts.ai addresses this directly. Its unified AI-native layer continuously cleans and enriches enterprise data, removing the fragmentation that slows revenue teams down.

Beatrice Lion, General Partner and CEO of True Global Ventures, said the platform brings together data, intent, and automation in a way that helps companies grow faster. She added that the investment supports Sprouts AI’s next stage of growth in agentic AI.

Meanwhile, Accel partner Shekhar Kirani noted that the company sits at the intersection of AI, data, and automation areas he said are transforming how businesses generate revenue. Accel’s portfolio also includes Atlassian, Slack, Spotify, Freshworks, Flipkart, and CrowdStrike, among others

Sprouts.ai already counts major enterprises among its clients. These include Hewlett Packard, Razorpay, HighRadius, and Udemy. According to the company, customers have reported a three-times increase in qualified leads, a 25% lift in sales-qualified leads, and a 35% reduction in GTM tooling costs.

We built Sprouts.ai to replace that fragmentation with a unified data and agent layer that actually moves the pipeline. TGV and Accel, the company now has the global reach to deploy Revenue Agents inside every enterprise running on Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and leading large language models.

Just two weeks earlier, on April 29, 2026, Bengaluru-based fintech startup Oolka raised $14 million in a Series A funding round led by Accel, with participation from existing investors Lightspeed and Z47.
