ZingHR Launches GHROWTH.ai for Boards and CXOs

ZingHR has launched GHROWTH.ai, a platform that combines enterprise data from HR, finance, sales and operations into a single dashboard designed to help boards and CXOs monitor performance, identify risks and track strategic execution.

The new platform by ZingHR, brings together data from HR, finance, sales and operations to give leadership teams a consolidated view of business performance and execution.

Human capital management (HCM) platform ZingHR has introduced GHROWTH.ai, a new enterprise platform designed to help boards and senior executives monitor business performance by bringing together data from multiple functions into a single view. The company says the platform is aimed at helping organizations improve visibility into operations, monitor strategic priorities and make faster business decisions.

According to ZingHR, organizations often rely on separate dashboards for HR, finance, sales and operations, making it difficult for leadership teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of business performance. GHROWTH.ai has been developed to address this challenge by consolidating data from these functions into one platform.

The company said the platform enables leaders to monitor business performance in real time, identify operational issues, assign actions to relevant teams and track progress against organizational goals. It also provides forecasts and recommendations based on enterprise data to support planning and decision-making.

Commenting on the launch, Prasad Rajappan, Founder and CEO of ZingHR, said organizations are increasingly looking for ways to improve coordination across departments rather than relying on disconnected data sources.

“Organizations today need faster and more coordinated decision-making across functions,” Rajappan said. “GHROWTH.ai is designed to help boards and CXOs connect strategy with execution by providing a unified view of business performance.”

The platform is built around four functional capabilities. It analyzes enterprise data to identify trends and potential issues, combines information from multiple business functions into a unified dashboard, assigns and tracks actions across teams, and helps leadership monitor progress against strategic priorities.

Rather than serving as a traditional reporting dashboard, ZingHR positions GHROWTH.ai as a management platform that enables leadership teams to oversee execution across departments from a single interface.

The launch reflects a broader trend in enterprise software, where organizations are looking beyond department-specific applications and adopting platforms that combine operational data from multiple business functions. As enterprises continue investing in AI-enabled business tools, vendors are increasingly focusing on providing executives with unified views of organizational performance instead of isolated functional reports.

ZingHR said GHROWTH.ai has been designed to integrate with enterprise applications, collaboration platforms and existing data systems, allowing organizations to use information from multiple sources without replacing their current technology stack.

Founded as a human capital management platform, ZingHR provides software covering the employee lifecycle, from hiring to workforce management. According to the company, it serves more than 1,200 enterprise customers, supports 2.8 million active users, and operates across 30 countries.

The company did not disclose pricing or customer adoption details for GHROWTH.ai but said the platform is intended for boards, CXOs and enterprise leadership teams seeking greater visibility into organizational performance and execution.
