Gnani.ai Makes Eight Leadership Hires in Major Post-Funding Push

Gnani.ai, the Bengaluru-based voice AI platform, has hired eight senior executives across commercial, product, people and delivery functions over the past two months, following its $10 million Series B round backed by Aavishkaar Capital and InfoEdge Ventures.

Backed by Aavishkaar Capital and InfoEdge Ventures, Gnani.ai is filling every commercial and operational gap at once, from a J.P. Morgan veteran running BFSI revenue to a McKinsey alumnus heading delivery.

Gnani.ai, the Bengaluru-based voice AI platform, has hired eight senior executives across commercial, product, people and delivery functions over the past two months, following its $10 million Series B round backed by Aavishkaar Capital and InfoEdge Ventures.

The appointments span every major lever of enterprise growth. Rajesh Pantina joins as Vice President of Marketing, bringing 15 years of enterprise B2B marketing experience across technology, SaaS and AI companies, most recently as Director of Enterprise Marketing at Whatfix.

Om Joshi joins as Senior Director of Product Marketing and Client Solutions, with 14 years across AI, SaaS, MarTech and AdTech. Ankur Agrawal takes on the role of VP and GM for International and Strategic Partnerships, having scaled enterprise SaaS and AI businesses across international markets including stints at Clear and BCG.

On the revenue side, Farooq Patel joins as Senior Vice President and India GM for BFSI AI and Revenue, bringing decades of enterprise experience including time at J.P. Morgan. Rajat Kumar Das joins as Director of Product with 15 years of product management experience and recent entrepreneurial exposure in the agentic AI space.

Sateesh Chandran, joining from McKinsey and Company, takes the role of Director of Delivery. Samuel Thomas joins as Director of Human Resources with 16 years of global HR experience across Geektrust, Google and Neev Academy. Adish Wamburkar joins as Head of AI Transformation, focused on government and public sector deployments as India’s Digital India Mission accelerates Voice AI adoption.

Ganesh Gopalan, Co-Founder and CEO of Gnani.ai, said the company is accelerating on every front following the Series B, from sovereign AI infrastructure to global enterprise go-to-market, and that each hire brings depth needed for the next phase of category leadership.

Gnani.ai currently processes more than 30 million voice AI calls daily for over 200 enterprise customers across BFSI, telecom, healthcare, automotive and government sectors.
