Simon India Locks Copyright for AI-Driven Project Platform PROTON SI

Simon India formalizes ownership of intellectual property for an integrated platform targeting the EPC, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors.
Simon India secured copyright registration under the Copyright Act, 1957, for PROTON SI, its AI-powered project control platform, the New Delhi-based engineering company said.
PROTON SI, short for Project Response & Operations Tracker via Optimized Network, consolidates project planning, monitoring, and analytics into a single platform. The company said the tool is built for large-scale projects in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), infrastructure, and manufacturing.

The platform combines real-time performance dashboards, S-curve analytics, AI-driven risk assessment, interactive Gantt charts, and critical path visibility. A multilingual AI chatbot and role-based access controls are also included. Simon India said the architecture supports both web and mobile access for on-site and remote teams.
The platform’s predictive intelligence function continuously analyses project data and dependencies to surface potential risks before they affect timelines, the company said. That moves project teams, in the company’s framing, from reactive monitoring toward earlier intervention.
Chairman Athar Shahab said in the press release that project execution “demands real-time integration of data, engineering, and decision-making,” and that the platform reflects a broader shift toward connected project ecosystems.
Project execution today demands real-time integration of data, engineering, and decision-making. Platforms like PROTON SI reflect a broader shift towards connected and intelligent project ecosystems that improve predictability, efficiency, and scalability. At Simon India, our focus is not just on building solutions, but on industrialising innovation in a way that delivers measurable impact on the ground.
Athar Shahab, Chairman, Simon India
The copyright registration establishes Simon India’s formal ownership of the platform as intellectual property.
The future of project execution will be defined by how effectively we leverage data and intelligence in real time. PROTON SI has been developed as an integrated platform that brings together visibility, predictive analytics, and execution control into a single ecosystem. Our focus is to enable proactive, insight-led decision-making that helps improve efficiency, reduce risk, and deliver projects more effectively at scale.
