Former Servion President and COO Prakash Arunachalam will lead Tiger Analytics’ global operations, with a mandate focused on operational efficiency, growth and profitability.

Tiger Analytics, an AI and advanced analytics consulting company, has appointed Prakash Arunachalam as its Global Head of Operations, with a mandate equivalent to that of a chief operating officer.

Arunachalam will be responsible for strengthening the company’s overall operational efficiency and agility, with a focus on supporting sustained business growth and profitability. Tiger Analytics said his experience in scaling operations through global, high-performing teams will be important as the company expands as a full-stack AI company.

Arunachalam brings global technology and operations experience

Arunachalam joins Tiger Analytics after serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at Servion, where he was also a member of the board.

During his tenure at Servion, he guided the company through phases of growth, transformation and global acquisitions involving two private equity partners.

Earlier, Arunachalam held leadership roles at Virtusa and Polaris, where he led large global teams, developed hyperscaler partnerships, ran sales organisations and managed large-scale delivery operations.

His experience also includes managing large profit-and-loss operations at Polaris and Virtusa and playing a key role in the acquisition and integration of the two organisations.

His background spans digital customer experience, automation, data and AI, with significant experience in the banking, financial services and insurance sector.

Focus on operational efficiency and growth

Tiger Analytics Co-founder Pradeep Gulipalli said Arunachalam’s experience in scaling global teams and managing large P&Ls would be important to the company’s next phase of growth.

“Prakash’s proven ability to scale operations through high-performing global teams, coupled with his experience of running large P&Ls across both India-listed and US-listed companies, will be critical to what we are looking to build,” Gulipalli said.

He added that Arunachalam would play a key role in strengthening the company’s foundation for its next phase of growth.

Arunachalam said Tiger Analytics has built a strong reputation over the past 15 years for solving complex client problems and has evolved into a full-stack data and AI company.

He said he plans to work with the company to scale operations, drive growth, shape its M&A journey and prepare the business for a potential IPO in the years ahead.

Tiger Analytics’ AI and analytics business

Tiger Analytics provides AI and advanced analytics services and solutions to enterprises, including Fortune 1000 companies.

The company says it has a team of more than 7,000 technologists and consultants across the US, Canada, the UK, India, Singapore and Australia.
