Anthropic India has appointed Siddiq Zaman as Head of Partnerships, India. Zaman announced the move on LinkedIn, and Irina Ghose, Managing Director of Anthropic India, confirmed the hire on the platform.
Zaman brings over a decade of partnerships and alliances experience across major enterprise technology companies. He most recently served as Senior Director, Global Partnerships and Channels at ServiceNow, a role he held from January 2024 until this month. Before that, he spent nearly four years at ServiceNow as Senior Director, Alliances and Channels. Prior to ServiceNow, he was Business Head for Global System Integrators at AWS for three and a half years, and before that, Regional Director for Partners and Alliances at Salesforce.
Ghose, welcoming the hire, said Zaman brings deep experience building partnerships across organisations and “a genuine commitment to serving customers and partners by bringing the right networks together to reach the last mile in the most meaningful way.”
Zaman, in his announcement, said the opportunity to build and grow the partner ecosystem in India is “something I’m incredibly energised about.”
The hire is the second senior appointment Anthropic India has seen today, following Sangeeta Bavi’s announcement of her joining as Head of Sales, Digital Natives, Startups and Mid-Market.
