Sapaad Rolls Out AI Promotion Platform for Restaurant Businesses
Sapaad, a cloud-based unified commerce platform for restaurants, has launched an AI-powered Unified Promotion Engine (UPE), a feature that allows restaurant chains to manage promotions across outlets and sales channels from a single platform.

Built into Sapaad’s commerce platform, the engine helps multi-location restaurant operators create, deploy and monitor promotions centrally.

The new capability is designed for multi-location restaurant businesses that run promotions across POS systems, dine-in, takeaway, QR ordering, kiosks, online ordering, call centres, drive-throughs and food delivery platforms. By centralising campaign management, the company says restaurant operators can reduce manual effort, maintain consistent promotions across locations and track their impact on sales and margins.
The launch comes as India’s foodservice industry continues to expand. According to Fortune Business Insights, the market was valued at $114.4 billion in 2025 and is expected to grow to $282 billion by 2034, with restaurant chains projected to be among the fastest-growing segments. As operators expand across multiple locations and ordering channels, managing promotions consistently has become more complex.

“Restaurant groups spend a significant portion of their monthly revenue on promotions, but managing those campaigns across multiple outlets and channels remains a challenge,” said Vishnu Vardhan Madabhushi, Founder and CEO of Sapaad. “A promotion that is configured incorrectly or applied across unintended channels can affect margins. The Unified Promotion Engine gives operators centralised control over promotions while helping them measure their business impact.”
The platform enables restaurant operators to create a promotion once and deploy it across multiple brands, outlets, regions and ordering channels. Promotions can also be targeted based on customer segments, products, locations and order values. The system provides dashboards showing campaign performance, discount usage and sales metrics, allowing businesses to evaluate which promotions perform best.
The engine is aimed at quick-service restaurants, fast-casual brands, cloud kitchens, franchise networks and multi-brand restaurant groups that require consistent promotional campaigns across multiple locations. Campaigns can also be saved as templates and reused for future promotions.
The AI-powered Unified Promotion Engine is now available to Sapaad customers in India and international markets.
